Can I see a list of ready to use and available inventory?

Each inventory data has a status indicating that the inventory is ready to be used or not. Admin can filter inventory data on the Bare Metal >> Inventory page based on that status.

Can I register bare metal inventory based on the location of the data center?

Yes, inventory data can be managed with Zone data. Admin can also filter existing data by Zone. Networks related to that zone can also be set in the Network menu.
