Installation

Vapor is a core component integrated directly into AwaniOS.

Because Vapor relies on the underlying system architecture provided by AwaniOS—including hypervisor optimizations, network stack configurations, and storage drivers—it cannot be installed as a standalone package on a generic Linux distribution.

How to Install Vapor

To deploy and use Vapor, you must install the full AwaniOS operating system on your bare-metal server. The AwaniOS installation automatically provisions the Vapor web console and its required backend services.

Please refer to the primary AwaniOS Installation Guide for comprehensive instructions on downloading the ISO and deploying the system.

Once AwaniOS is successfully installed and running, the Vapor web console will be accessible immediately on your host's management IP address on port 7770.
